Vacation Camp Programme 2024

The submission of a registration form DOES NOT constitute a booking. Upon submission of the Registration Form, the Asa Wright Nature Centre (AWNC) will contact you directly by email to finalise your booking.
Bookings are made on a first come first served basis.
If you arrive at the AWNC without a confirmed booking (by email), you will not be permitted to enter the Centre since visits are strictly by bookings only.
Camps must have a ratio of 1 adult supervisor for every 6 children and the children must be supervised at all times.
You are expected to arrive at 9:30am and depart at 12:30pm.
Parking at the Centre is limited therefore camps are required to use maxis/mini-buses. Only 3 vehicles per camp will be permitted to park. There is no secured or safe parking outside of the Centre.
Camps are required to bring their own lunches, snacks and drinks to the field trip. None will be on sale at the Centre.
Upon confirmation of your booking, the AWNC will share an information brief on how the camp should prepare for its visit, including what to wear etc.
The AWNC reserves the right to modify our programme of activities in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
